The Winners’ Business Alliance (WBA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Dr. Janet Patt, a distinguished university professional and respected public figure, as Vice-President with immediate effect.

Founded by artiste-entrepreneur Lawrence Hiew on 1 September 2025, WBA is a strategic network for SMEs, entrepreneurs, and professionals across industries including finance, law, healthcare, IT, media, and marketing. In just three weeks, WBA has welcomed more than 150 members — from brands and SME owners to professionals and notable personalities.

Positioned as more than a traditional networking group, WBA focuses on collaboration, growth, and knowledge-sharing, built on the principles of trust, visibility, and opportunity creation.

In her new role, Dr. Janet will lead member recruitment, engagement, and welfare, while spearheading business networking sessions and development initiatives. She will also collaborate with local artistes Ann Poh and Colin Hoh to establish a subsidiary talent group, offering WBA members with artistic aspirations opportunities in singing, acting, hosting, and modelling.

The RED Honorary Brand Award (RHBA) 2025 celebrated its 3rd successful edition last night at PARKROYAL on Beach Road, honoring 80 outstanding individuals and brands from Singapore, Malaysia, and Taiwan. It was a meaningful evening filled with inspiration, entertainment, and regional unity.

RHBA 2025 marked the first time brands from Malaysia and Taiwan were invited to receive their awards in person, flying in to join their Singapore counterparts in what has become one of the most anticipated cross-border brand recognition events of the year.

Lawrence Hiew, the founder of RHBA and a well-loved artiste known for his work in singing, acting, and hosting—as well as his ventures in wellness and F&B—opened the night with a heartfelt speech in Mandarin, thanking the business community for their continued support through challenging times.

The inaugural edition of RHBA took place on 20 December 2021 at The Star Gallery, The Star Vista, marking a powerful beginning for this annual recognition platform. The event drew strong support from business leaders, entrepreneurs, and renowned local personalities.
