    I further authorise, agree and consent to allow RED Honorary Brand Award and Royal Entertainment (Singapore) and its affiliates to:

    1. the use and public release, in connection with the RED Honorary Brand Award and Royal Entertainment (Singapore), of my name, my Company’s name, non-financial information, photographs, video and audio recordings from any source, that I may in future provide RHBA with and/or that RHBA possesses about me including but not limited to my name, my date of birth, my identification number, my email address, my telephone numbers, my address for the following purposes: I agree that no compensation shall be due to me or my Company for such usage.
    2. Facilitating, processing, dealing with, administering, managing and/or maintaining our relationship with RHBA
    3. Dealing in any matters relating to RHBA and its affiliates' products, services and activities;
    4. Carrying out due diligence and other screening activities, or to prevent or investigate any fraud or breach of contract or unlawful activity, or complying with or as required by any applicable law, governmental or regulatory requirements of any relevant jurisdiction;
    5. Conducting research, analysis, review, and development activities (including but not limited to appointment, data analytics, surveys and/or profiling) to enhance RHBA and its affiliates' products, services and/or operations, and/or otherwise for RHBA business operations and purposes.
