    By submitting this application, I hereby declare and agree to the following:
    1. Accuracy of Information
      • All information provided in this application is true, accurate, and complete to the best of my knowledge.
      • I understand that any false or misleading information may result in disqualification.
    2. Use of Submitted Information
      • The details provided will be used solely by the Panel of Judges for the purpose of evaluating my participation in the RED Honorary Brand Award (RHBA).
    3. Registration Fee & Attendance
      • I acknowledge that the registration fee is strictly non-refundable.
      • Attendance at the Gala Ceremony Night is mandatory in order to receive any winning award.
    4. Consent & Authorization
      I grant full authorization and consent to RHBA, RED International (Dragon) Holding Pte Ltd, and their affiliated entities (“RHBA”) to:
      • Use & Public Release: Use, disclose, and publicly release my name, company name, non-financial details, as well as photographs, video, and audio recordings (past, present, or future). This may include personal details such as date of birth, identification number, email, telephone, and mailing address, for award-related publicity and promotional purposes. No compensation shall be provided for such usage.
    5. Acknowledgement
      • I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to all the above terms and conditions, including that the registration fee is strictly non-refundable.
