    DECLARATION, TERMS & CONDITIONS OF WBA MEMBERSHIP
    By registering as a member of the Winners’ Business Alliance (WBA) — a subsidiary club of the RED Honorary Brand Award (RHBA) — you agree to the following terms and conditions:

    1. Membership Eligibility
    1.1 Membership is open to SMEs, entrepreneurs, professionals, and individuals who support the mission and values of WBA.
    1.2 Applications are subject to approval by WBA management, which reserves the right to accept or reject any application at its sole discretion without providing reasons.

    2. Membership Validity
    2.1 Membership is non-transferable and strictly for the registered member’s personal or company use.
    2.2 Each membership is valid for one registered member, whether for personal or company purposes.

    3. Membership Benefits
    3.1 Members are entitled to the privileges and benefits outlined in the current WBA membership program.
    3.2 WBA reserves the right to update, modify, or withdraw any membership benefits at its sole discretion without prior notice.

    4. Networking Sessions & Events
    4.1 Monthly networking sessions are complimentary for members.
    4.2 Each participating member will have an opportunity to present their company profile and collaboration ideas during sessions.
    4.3 Members are expected to maintain professionalism, dress in appropriate executive attire, and show respect to all participants.

    5. Code of Conduct
    5.1 Members shall uphold the integrity and reputation of WBA, RHBA, and RED International.
    5.2 Members must conduct themselves ethically and professionally, avoiding internal politics, disputes, or quarrels.
    5.3 Members must not engage in unethical, unlawful, or defamatory activities under the name of WBA.
    5.4 WBA reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership without refund in cases of misconduct, breach of terms, or reputational harm.

    6. Membership Fees & Payments
    6.1 Membership fees must be paid within 24 hours of approval via bank transfer or PayNow to RED Artiste Management Pte Ltd.
    6.2 All fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

    7. Data Privacy
    7.1 By registering, members consent to WBA collecting, storing, and using personal and business information for administrative, marketing, and communication purposes.
    7.2 WBA will not sell or disclose personal information to third parties without consent, except as required by law.

    8. Amendments
    8.1 WBA reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
    8.2 Continued membership after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

    9. Declaration by Member
    By signing up, I hereby declare that:
    • The information provided in my membership registration is true and accurate.
    • I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the Terms & Conditions of WBA.
    • I acknowledge that membership fees are non-refundable and benefits are subject to change at WBA’s discretion.
