The Winners’ Business Alliance (WBA) is structured with a strong leadership team supported by dedicated committees to ensure smooth operations, member engagement, and long-term growth. The Executive Committee provides overall direction, while the Core and Extended Committees focus on specialized areas such as membership, events, partnerships, and marketing.

Executive Committee (ExCo)

• President – Provides overall leadership and vision for WBA
• Vice President – Supports President, oversees operations and projects

• Treasurer – Oversees finances, budgets, and membership fees

Core Committees

1. Membership & Engagement Committee – Manages recruitment, onboarding, and member benefits
2. Events & Programs Committee – Plans networking events, business showcases, and conferences
3. Marketing & Communications Committee – Handles publicity, branding, newsletters, and PR
4. Partnerships & Sponsorship Committee – Builds alliances and secures sponsorships
