The Vice President of the WBA Executive Committee holds a pivotal leadership role in promoting member growth and engagement. Beyond enjoying member incentives, this role also receives additional overrides and performance-based bonuses, recognizing significant contributions to the Alliance’s success. WBA 执行委员会副主席在推动会员增长与参与方面,担任关键领导角色。除了享有会员权益外,该职位还可获得额外奖励及绩效奖金,以表彰其对联盟成功所作出的重要贡献。 Vice President Incentive Structure * Applies to the single Vice President of WBA * Vice President also enjoys the same incentives and benefits available to WBA Members for any new members personally recruited. * Receives an overall override of 10% from the total incentives and commissions issued to WBA Members. Bonus Payout Based on Monthly Recruitment Sales: * Total monthly recruitment sales of $50,000: 5% bonus * Total monthly recruitment sales of $100,000 and above: 10% bonus Payout Schedule for Vice President * Incentives, overrides, and bonus payouts for the current month will be paid in the following month. * Payout date: 10th of each new calendar month * Payment will be made via PayNow or Bank Transfer WBA 副主席奖励结构
