The WBA Executive Committee is the leadership core of the Winners' Business Alliance, guiding its strategic direction, member engagement, and overall growth. Comprised of key office holders and advisory members, the Committee ensures effective governance, drives initiatives, and fosters a thriving community for all WBA members.

1. President 

• Provides overall leadership and strategic direction.
• Oversees the execution of WBA’s vision and mission.
• Represents WBA in public and official matters.

2. Vice President

• Supports the President in leadership duties.
• Drives member growth and engagement.
• Oversees incentive programs and performance-based rewards.

3. Secretary 

• Manages administrative matters and official documentation.
• Records meeting minutes and ensures proper communication among members.
• Handles internal correspondence and reporting.

4. Treasurer

• Oversees financial management, budgeting, and reporting.
• Ensures proper handling of funds, incentives, and payments.
• Prepares financial statements and updates for the Committee.

5. Head of Membership & Recruitment

• Leads member acquisition and retention strategies.
• Coordinates recruitment campaigns and onboarding processes.
• Tracks membership growth metrics.

6. Head of Events & Engagement

• Plans and manages all WBA events, workshops, and networking activities.
• Ensures high participation and member engagement.
• Coordinates logistics for events and promotions.

7. Head of Marketing & Communications

• Manages marketing strategies, public relations, and branding.
• Oversees social media, newsletters, and promotional campaigns.
• Enhances visibility of WBA and its programs.

8. Advisory Members

• Senior or honorary members providing strategic guidance.
• Offer insights and mentorship to the Executive Committee.
• Support decision-making for long-term growth.
