WBA Interest Group Leadership Incentive Plan (WBA 领导奖励计划)

The WBA Interest Group Leadership Incentive Plan outlines the rewards and benefits for the Chairman and Vice-Chairman of each Interest Group. In addition to enjoying the standard member incentives for new recruits, they are eligible for group-based commissions, event bonuses, and other leadership rewards designed to recognise their contribution in growing and engaging their Interest Group.

Chairman and Vice-Chairman Incentive Structure
* Applies to the single Chairman and Vice-Chairman of WBA Individual Interest Group
* Chairman and Vice-Chairman also enjoy the same incentives and benefits available to WBA Members for any new members personally recruited.
* Chairman and Vice-Chairman will co-share the 10 percent from the total incentives, commissions, and bonuses issued to their WBA Interest Group Members.

Bonus Payout: $300 for every successful event organised:
* Each event must have at least 60 percent WBA Members and 40 percent invited guests.
* Each event must have at least 30 participants with proper attendance recorded to qualify for the bonus payout.

Payout Schedule for Chairman and Vice-Chairman
* Incentives, overrides, and bonus payouts for the current month will be paid in the following month.
* Payout date: 10th of each new calendar month
* Payment will be made via PayNow or Bank Transfer

WBA 小组领导与副领导奖励制度

• 适用对象：WBA 各单一小组的领导与副领导
• 会员招募奖励：领导与副领导可享有与普通 WBA 会员相同的招募新会员奖励及福利
• 小组分成：领导与副领导将共同分享其小组成员所产生的奖励、佣金及奖金总额的 10%

活动奖金：每成功举办一场活动奖励 S$300 

• 每场活动至少需有 60% WBA 会员及 40% 邀请嘉宾
• 每场活动至少需有 30 名参与者，并记录出席情况，方可获得奖金

奖金发放安排

• 当月的奖励、提成及奖金将在次月发放
• 发放日期：每月 10 日
• 支付方式：PayNow 或银行转账
